No one knows the extent to which Trump actually intends to carry out his "beautiful" tariffs and mass deportations. I doubt that he knows himself. But let's say that he's actually telling the truth (a stretch, I know) and intends to take those measures. We'll be facing 30% inflation as well as mass labor shortages. Do ya think that Vegas hotels will hold the line on prices?
So I recommend going well into the future--as far as you can, which in most cases is, I believe, a year--and lock in prices and dates while you can. I believe that most hotels will honor those prices when you reserve, even if their rack rates skyrocket between now and then. And if prices don't go up dramatically? No sweat, you still have the reservation, and can show up or not.
And of course, if the economy tanks (not an unlikely scenario), you don't have to honor your reservation at all, and can visit in the future for $6 a night.
(Of course, if that comes to pass, no one will have $6 to spend, unless they're Elon.)
