So a guy suffers a heart attack at the Wynn blackjack table...and the dealer just keeps playing with the other players for 20 minutes.    

Terrible.  That dealer should lose his job in my opinion.

Incredible story even for Vegas.

I won't believe any of that occurred until more comes out about it.  I play tables at Wynn and dealers 'stop games' all the time (at Wynn and everywhere) for all kinds of reasons.  Players come in and out of a game, coloring up their chips, dealers have to have the boss confirm amounts bought in and colored out; drinks served; question from player about a play or amount played.  You can't dive for your cell phone without a dealer calling you out for it.  As for calling for/using the AED, surely somebody knows CPR which you do while waiting for the AED (which may have been across the room).  Especially hard to believe is that other players dove for the guy's chips.  Too much ridiculousness to believe.  

Somebody looking for a nice pay day.  JMHO.

Someone is always watching.  I am sure there is a video that would show what the player was doing & if he was actually face down at the table for that long a time

It does sound a wee bit far-fetched.  Money is the most likely motivator.
