Marijuana and Nicotine

I'm looking forward to the discussion on how Marijuana and Nicotine will mix in the Casinos that allow smoking, which is about all of them. I believe it will be unenforceable, the Casinos don't want to lose any money. The other option is to make them all non-smoking kind of like Colorado does, but thats not going to happen. What say you?
Not going to happen. Gaming has already weighed in on this and told casinos to stay away from marijuana.
the last few times that I have stayed downtown I can smell that skunk smell in the halls of the hotels. including 4Q, DTG, and most of all the Flea-mont. I really don't mind that the people are smoking it, but I hate that smell and I don't want to be forced to inhale it. and I don't want it in the casinos. now wouldn't it be funny if some moron in charge were to come up with the idea of a "marijuana allowed" section on the casino floor. and that would be about as effective as the "non-smoking" section on a casino floor. stranger things have happened.
I don't think you fully realize how terrible the smell of tobacco also is to a non-smoker. Besides the danger of second hand smoke. I like the smell of marijuana a lot better, even though I quit smoking grass over 30 years ago. Enforcement of this issue may be touchy, especially if there is a court challenge. We will have to wait and see..

Ditto. My husband was smoking (cigs) when we met and married, and I guess love is truly blind (or has no sense of smell) because it didn't occur to me how bad our clothes and hair and house must have smelled. He quit some 25 years ago, thank God. He used to comment on how bad I smell (cig odor) coming into the hotel room after being in the casino. I can't stand being in an elevator with a smoker...all in their clothes and hair, especially in the winter, for some reason.
I loved when Illinois went smoke free. When I use to return from the casino I couldn't hide I was there. Lol

I'd love that!
What some smokers don't realize is how bad some of this cheap tobacco smells. I realize that with taxes and all, the price of cigarettes went up..I could barely stand the old filtered brands but this new stuff must be made out of whats on the tobacco floor..A marijuana smoker always remembers the smell and it doesn't change much..I vote for total non-smoking!
Smokers (both types) should move to vapes. It's healthy more and stinky less.
I can tell you right now there is no way a Casino will allow marijuana to be smoked in it. Way to many potential lawsuits. If I sit down at a table next to someone smoking pot and I loose a lot of money, how easy would it be to claim that the pot influenced my gambling decisions and I want my money back.
