There is at least one Indian tribe in Oklahoma, that invests and actively involved in operations of retail sales of recreatonal and medical marijuana in Nevada.
This is what Caesars Entertainment has to say about it.
"Despite recent changes in Nevada state law, Caesars Entertainment does not allow the use of marijuana, medical or recreational, anywhere on our affiliated properties. Marijuana is a controlled substance, and its use and possession remain prohibited under federal law."
