Massage for Muscle Knots (Charley Horse)

I know many of the casinos offer RELAXING massages, but I need a Masseuse who knows how to release muscle spasms in my back. How does one go about finding which places have somebody qualified to do this. I know if I call they will all say they are qualified, but they really aren't. I need somebody who knows how and has the strength to do this. It basically requires constant pressure on the trigger points for it to release and it isn't easy to do. It's pretty physical and it can tire out a person if they have had a long day of giving massages.

I think you're better off getting this type of massage back home. If you don't have a regular masseuse - try a few out, to find one that you like.

Going to Vegas to seek this out, probably isn't the best route. However, if you do, ask for a person who's good at "Deep Tissue Massage" techniques.

Have you asked if the spa offers a trigger point massage?

When I read your title..........Charley horse...........I thought you were talking about Calf cramps.
I've never heard Charley horse associated with back spasms. Thats a different animal in my book.
