John Patrick the Professional Gambler and casino gaming instructor made an instructional Videotape (which is now available on DVD and which is still available for sale) at Maxim Casino with Bill Zender about Pai Gow Poker (Bill Zender had written a book about Pai Gow Poker strategy).
