Not sure what you're asking, but all casinos have slot clubs. Many of them span across multiple properties.
I will play. The Oyo, Before that it was Hooters, and before that It was San Remo.. The Trop has had a few different owners as well. The Cromwell has had at least 4 as well

The Westgate, nee LVH, nee Las Vegas Hilton, has had a few different players clubs. Even the Westgate has had at least two different players clubs in its inside of 10 years existence.
