Love the game but started playing as a challenge to see what I could get for "free". It has taken a lot of time (and some fun) to get there but we only need to redeem one more reward for our next trip.
Wife and I have redeemed: 2 nights each in a Mirage Suite for total of 4 nights (180,000 LPS) , 2 Tender Steakhouse rewards (group of 4 of us) (150,000 LPs), 2 sets of Terry Fator Tickets (again for 4 of us) (86,000 LPs), and 1 Bellagio Lunch Buffet for 2 (I believe that was 23,000 LPs).
I have one more reward remaining with 200,000 LPs available in my account. We had redeemed 2 of the hotel rewards prior to January 16th so we each had 4 available for our trip. Waiting for something big to redeem it for to get the most value of the remaining LPs. I am not counting on the game to be so generous in the future so I don't want to hold on to too many LPs.
We thought about the MGM Cabana reward but read they cannot be reserved in advance and we don't want to take a chance of not being able to use the LPs once in Vegas. I would take the chance if I could cash the LPs in during the trip but have also read that once in Vegas a lot of the available rewards are blocked from the game and cannot be booked.
Very difficult to accumulate the LPs now but still playing the games everyday. We have never received so many comps playing with real money so this is is a real treat. They have derfinitely been successful in pulling us away from CET for at least this next trip. But CET will continue to receive some play since we have learned not to put all our eggs in one basket.
