NASCAR weekend schedule...hauler parade on the strip?

Anyone have links or info about goings on in the first weekend of March for NASCAR?  They usually have a hauler parade on the strip on Thursday at around 6:30pm or so, any specific info on this somewhere?  Thanks in advance!

I bought Indy 500 tickets last Friday.  I'm not a big racing fan, but when I do watch racing I want open wheel.  Sitting in turn 3, but not as high as I would like.  My connections that I've enjoyed for 25 years of 500 tickets disappeared a couple of years back.  I'm working on something for next year and beyond that would still have us in turn 3, but 30 rows higher and on the apex.

I cannot fathom anyone paying real American dollars to watch a bunch of fast cars drive around in a circle over and over and over. You can't see more than a fraction of the track from any vantage point anyway. Nonetheless, room rates are sky-high for that weekend, as if everyone was going to see the race(s).

The track's website, lvms.com, appears to have an overview of the coming races and events. I don't know what else might be happening that isn't listed there. I would certainly stay very far away from anything that will be clogging up the Strip.

From high seats in the apex of Indy 500 turns, one can see 1/2 of the track.  From my current seats, and can see about 40% of the track, however much of that is looking through the fence since we're low (row Q).  I used to sit in or around row XX.......30 plus rows higher.  Maybe again, next year.

My brother loves it, and I'm more than happy to attend a race once a year.  His daughter and son will also join us again.  My favorite part is the tailgate, which begins four hours prior to race time, and the tailgate continues three hours after the race.  We arrive early and leave late to avoid crazy traffic.  On non-race days, I can drive from my home to the track in 15 minutes.  Once race day, leaving 4.5 hours prior to the race, it takes 30 minutes to drive there.  If I left home 3 hours before the race, we would miss the first 30 minutes of the race due to traffic.  It's quite a job to get 325,000 people into this track in the middle of a neighborhood.
