My wife and I both 60+, did the Bootleg Canyon Ziplines. They were a real treat, and not really scary (well, maybe the first one caused a little anticipation. They aren't cheap, but as Rec VP says, there are discounts out there. I think their website has a coupon/discount for early reservations.
These make the Fremont ziplines look like something just for toddlers - it was a definite thrill.
