New Year's Day in Vegas

We have an early flight into Vegas on January 1, 2013. Any suggestions on things to do since the "big parties" will have taken place the night before? Also, any suggestions on places that might have a nice NYD Brunch?
New Years day is usually kind of quiet in Las Vegas.
The way the holiday falls this year most people will be off on the 31st and back to work on the 2nd.
Probably lots of checkouts with full sports books for the people staying.
I would call the hotels with good buffets to see if they have any brunch deals.
I have had many brunch many times on NYD but it has been part of the invitation package included in the NYE party.
Thanks so much for your suggestions and help. I will contact hotels. We will probably spend most of the day in Poker Room and sports books. Thanks.
