The Noise From The Fountains At Bellagio Plus More Fountains -- Re: LVA QOD 2/11/14

Hey Group,

The same people who designed the fountains at Bellagio, designed the fountains at The Grove (Shopping Center) in Los Angeles (where for a while the TV Show "Extra" was filmed). They can be noisy but I like what I've seen when I've visited there (they dance to at least usually a Jazzy type of music -- such as songs performed by Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Harry Connick Jr., Nat "King" Cole and Michael Buble -- basically stuff from the "Great American Song Book").

They can be seen at: https://www.thegrovela.com/live.php?id_movie=2. But I don't know if the music that plays (that the fountains dance to) can be heard through this link. This runs daily through at least about 12 Midnight (Pacific Time).

Enjoy!

We also have one in San Pedro (CA) near the cruise terminal. We enjoy walking our dog along the promenade and watching the fountain shows.

I now see that there is video and music for this on Youtube if you type in "Dancing Waters In San Pedro, CA." I think that it's definitely better than the one at The Grove!

I see that the location is called "Fanfare At The San Pedro Gateway" and there is video and music for that as well. The website is at: https://www.sanpedro.com/media/San_Pedro_Gateway.htm. This site has a listing of all of the different songs that are played (some of the songs do not have video provided for them).
