One thing you cannot wait to do

The suspense for each trip alway's kills me. My mind keeps wondering everyday as I count down the day's before a trip. Although, there are many things I look so forward to doing when I arrive in Vegas, there always seems to be one that stands out. For me, I cannot wait until I can sit down in front of my FP DDB machine and have my first drink.

What is the one thing you are so looking forward to on your next trip?
1st comped drink at the BJ table. So long as I don't go bust by the time the server delivers my beverage. But even before that. I can't wait to see the skyline when I am still in the air.
Seeing our suite (we have decided to try at least one new property each trip),
and having that first ice cold MGD.

It depends on where I'm staying for the first part of the trip.

If I'm staying at my friends house, I drive over and get settled in my room, then head down to the patio to relax and have a drink/beer/ wine.Iusually wait until Bob gets hime for a beer as Sue isn't a big drinker.

If I'm staying in a hotel for the first leg, it's about the same. I will get checked in and clothes put away before I have a drink. Either way, the reason for the drink isn't to start getting hammered. The reason is that it signifies that vacation has officially started!

Good Luck!

Draft blue moon at the poker table.
Drive. I love to drive around Vegas. As soon as I pick up my rental car I drive around and feel like I'm home again. Getting drunk at the craps tables comes next
Stu
Ditto!! Sitting comfortabley in front of a VP machine with my first frosty bottle of Corona!!
About 6 weeks to go and I can't wait to get the rental car, make that turn onto LV Blvd, pass the Welcome sign, and drive right into the lights.
actually, gotta be the glimpse of the strip out of the airplane window with all that is waiting for me...especially when coming in at night

Yes.

I've been to Las Vegas dozens and dozens of times and always look forward to seeing the city out of the airplane window.
