My wife likes to get her Vitamin D by sitting in the sun. We will be going to LV in February and I know the pools will be closed. We were trying to think of an outdoor area that would be outside ( rooftop) or an outdoor venue that we could people watch and maybe have a beverage that wouldn't be in the shade. We will be Downtown and on the strip for this trip. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
What comes to mind is the roof of The Atomic bar downtown. Consider the pickleball court at The Plaza.

The Park is a nice outdoor plaza between Park MGM, NYNY and the T-Mobile Arena. Usually quiet unless there is an event at T-Mobile Arena.

Depending on your taste and budget the restaurant in front of Paris (sorry name escapes me) has outdoor seating and great people watching. They have heat lamps if cold and misters if hot.
A walk at Red Rock park also I have not gone in a bit the container has outdoor tables
Along The Lines of Paris has Beerpark on the 2nd floor overlooking the Bellagio Fountains
Chili's on the strip is a decent option. Usually not too busy and reasonably priced. We usually park free at Planet Hollywood and walk south on the strip.
