Plaza downtown parking

We are thinking of going to the Plaza on the next trip for one of their promotions. I have stayed at the Nugget downtown but have never been to the Plaza. Where is the best place to park? I do see that the Plaza has parking, however downtown can be different and it may not be the best option.
