Hey Group,

In light of the LVA QOD of 10/16/2014, I want you to know that that lot is a disaster/hazard when it rains since the lot is part of the Flamingo Wash and it is prone to flooding. Even in the "Today's News" section of the LVA website, it was mentioned in September 2014 that someone was swept away in the Quad lot during the fairly recent heavy rains. So please be aware!
