Room Rates

Is there something special going on in town the week of Sept. 11? The room rates posted are close to if not double what they usually are. We go in September every year and I have never seen the rates this high.

That is a rather significant day......

It is a special day. I am not sure why the anniversary of 9-11 would cause room rates to climb. It is the first sunday of the NFL. Maybe betting on games.

Could be a number of conventions plus Mr. Olympia later in week.

I'm noticing slightly higher rates as well. My trip isn't till December. I won't book for another month...but so far prices are slightly higher than last year.

We are staying at the Paris October 4-11 rates are the highest we have ever paid. We usually are comped 5 nights not this time only one night.
