Sahara Casino closing

I just found out that they are closing the Sahara Casino May 16th. I really liked stopping in there on my once a year trip to Las Vegas and playing my $50 for $40 in chips from the LVA coupon book at the craps tables.Then looking at all the pictures of the Rat Pack, Elvis and Beatles ect on the wall.

Just by coincidence, I am flying into Vegas the night before they close. Do you think they will plan anything special or do you think it will be like the death march inside?

Will they still honor the LVA coupon on the last night?

The only place that gave me free rooms lately, and they are closing.

I was at the Stardust the last day they were open and nothing" splashy "about it, they were going out of business and were giving out their remaining dice and cards for free to whom wanted them. So I am guessing the Sahara will do somewhat the same and just close the doors at the end of the day or night.
