Made it back to this thread...just NINE more days til Vegas. Can't wait to get out of this winter Hell. It has been around -15 degrees the last two nights and will be again tonight. Last week's snow storm(blizzard) left the city streets a nightmare for travel. Many of the streets are still a glaze of ice and snow and slippery as a skating rink. It's been so cold that salt and sand have little effect. I saw a car slow down to make a turn today and the car behind him hit the brakes and just slid into him. More snow this weekend with temps still in the single digits during the day and below zero at night.
Can't wait to get a big dose of Nevada sunshine. Two comped nights in a Harrah's Petite suite and 2 comped nights at the Golden Gate. Tuesday night I have a ticket to see "Panda" at the Palazzo. Hope to spend some quality time sipping some Duckhorn merlot at the Rio Wine Cellar.

One week from today! Yes only 7 days. Finally! Another snow storm coming tonite. Please don't snow next Tuesday. Time to work on all of the final details. It actually feels like it's here. Thank God.
It finally becomes real when you are less than 10.....today I hit 8, and can't wait to get out of Dodge next Sunday.....I second the "please don't snow" comment.....we work too hard to get to this point....TGIV
