In and around Downtown LV, you could show them: The Fremont Street Experience; Viva Vision at Night; Slotzilla (The Fremont Street Zip Line); The Toy Shop (which I think Johnny the Toy Expert from Pawn Stars owns [it's in Neonopolis]); Container Park; The Neon Museum (I think that you need to make advanced reservations for this); and The Gold and Silver Pawn Shop (if they like the show "Pawn Stars").
As for showing them around The Strip, you could take them to: The Bellagio Fountains and Conservatory; High Roller; Eiffel Tower; The Animatronics Show In Caesars' Palace (Atlantis); The Rain Show at Planet Hollywood (in the Shopping Mall I think); M&M's World; The World Of Coca-Cola; and the Pinball Hall Of Fame. And how about Driving Up and Down The Strip and/or take them to a tour Of Casa De Shenandoah (Wayne Newton's Home -- that might need a reservation too)?
As for gaming, there is better stuff Downtown (maybe you also could go on [if they're up to it] a coupon run -- at least with the American Casino Guide if not also the LVA MRB), including Free Slot Pulls at Four Queens and Binion's (and while at Binion's you can have a photo taken in front of $1 Million In Cash). If anyone is into Cheap Roulette, as long as $1 Minimum bets are made, 25 Cent Chips can be used at the Double Zero Roulette at El Cortez Casino.
And as for getting your hands on the ACG, it is available at Auto Club (AAA) Offices for $14.95 for Auto Club Members (list price is $18.95 Plus Tax) -- if you or they don't have it right now, can you and/or them go today (Monday) or tomorrow (Tuesday) to the Auto Club (if you or they are members) to get it? Otherwise, you could get it in Downtown LV at the Gambler's General Store/Gambler's Book Store which is on Main Street just North of Charleston Blvd. If you already have the 2016 ACG, there is a coupon in there for a 10% discount at the GGS/GBS (although it is less than the Auto Club Discount) and you could bring it there to use the coupon and get the discount.
Have a great visit and great touring with the newbies!
