2 days, received notice from USAirways that I DIDN'T get my free upgrade to 1st class.

At least they let you know. Last summer, I arranged to use miles for a first class upgrade on a flight to the East coast. When I went to check in, the computer screen went from showing the first class seat to a coach seat.

I'm supposed to leave in 53 hours; however they are calling for 6-12" of snow on Thursday here in PHL.
