Slot Club Cards

Question....can a person sign up for a slot club card even if the "club" is physically closed?

usually you can, at least at the table games.

I am not sure about signing up but you can get a replacement card at most table games. Perhaps you could sign up online and them get a card at a table game.

Some of the high roller areas might also be able to get you a card . Good luck.
