Is it safe for a woman to walk from SLS to Riviera alone during the day?

during the day you are fine. I wouldn't do it at night

Definitely. It is very heavily trafficked by both pedestrians and motor vehicles. Even at night. Maybe after midnight it might be a little scary but I wouldn't sweat it even as late as 10pm
