So...Bellagio, Wynn or Cosmo Buffet?

Over the last couple years there has been what seems an overall consensus that the best buffets in town could be found at either the Bellagio or the Wynn. Recently there has been some glowing recommendation for buffet at the Cosmo, The Wicked Spoon.

For those of you who have tried all three, how would you rank them?

Bellagio, then Wynn and Cosmo about tied. I have only tried Cosmo once but was very impressed. I will be back in July and I generally only eat at the buffets. I know, I know, but I love em...Bellagio has remained consistant over the years and is still the best.

I am down with Bellagio as well and I do three buffets a day!

It depends what you are into....Bellagio is high end quality foods..Wynn is a bit more off the norm and high end quality..Cos is a mix but Bellagio rocks it.

I think a late breakfast there is the best value going!

I also rate Bellagio the best and Wynn and Cosmo both 2nd. I like Cosmo but I'm not sure about the individual portions. I normally can eat more than 2 shrimp at a time!! Some of the portions were really small.

Does anyone know what foods would be served for a Bellagio brunch.

The menu may not be the same every time, but this is a pretty good representation...

Unlike the others Bellagio is my 3rd choice.
We have always loved the Wynn but lately have been taken with Cosmo.
We are not big eaters but love the quality and variety available.
The cheese selections and raisins on the vine at Cosmo are amoung my favorites anywhere.
Cosmo seems to have the most unusual items and that is always fun for us to try.

We are great fans of Sunday brunches and are thinking of going back to Sterlings on our next trip but heard they downgraded the Champagne.
Does anyone know if this is correct?

Sprat, is that a buffet menu from the Wynn? Looks like their logo to me......

The last time we ate at Sterling Brunch, they did not serve Perrier Jouet. I cannot think of what they substituted. Will let you know in two weeks!
