So...Bellagio, Wynn or Cosmo Buffet?

Sprat, is that a buffet menu from the Wynn? Looks like their logo to me......

Whoopsie!! Yes, you're right. It IS the Wynn Brunch. I guess I was just thinking about all 3 and remembered the menu sign out front at Wynn. Sorry
Thanks for trying Sprat8. Now I am confused as I looked on there website and besides the buffet serving brunch, Fountains @ Jasmines also serves a more expensive brunch. Thoughts?
Last time we ate at Wynn's I was not impressed. I think we will be trying the wicked spoon. Lot's of good reports on that one.
Cosmo will be on top at least for the time being. Buffet quality can and does change. Bellagio and Wynn are long time proven. But, the cosmo has a nice variety.

can't seem that you will go wrong with any of the 3 you asked about.

Before the Cosmo opening, I'd say Bellagio over Wynn.

This year, I say the same except with the Wicked Spoon Buffet @ Cosmo in 1st.

1 - Cosmo
2 - Bellagio
3 - Wynn
We tried the Cosmo Buffet a week ago for supper. I am not sure if they will be able to maintain the quality, since there were not a lot of patrons (no line at all at 6:30 pm), but for $30 bucks each it was easily the best value for the money this trip. Hopefully the word will get out - but not to too many people! I'd rate the quality right up there with Bellagio, and the selections much superior to Wynn if you like gourmet type entrees. I really like the single serving sizes, (though I did watch someone empty one of the individual pots onto his plate and then put the empty one back in the serving area). The salads are fantastic, and the desserts are also super (strawberry shortcake with fresh berries and freshly whipped cream, humongous chocolate covered strawberries, great homemade fudge in several flavors, and more that I'm still trying to work off.)

Just tried Wicked Spoon this week for the first time and as much as I like the concept of the individual pots, they're kind of annoying to deal with on a plate and take up a lot of room when there are four of you at a table.
That said, Cosmo's mac 'n' cheese is as amazing as Wynn's risotto (when they have it) and Cosmo's dessert selection, as noted by someone else, has some unique and delicious offerings.

At the moment, I'm going Cosmo first, Wynn second and Bellagio third. In my humble opinion, Bellagio has been a shadow of its former self the past three years or so and I'm consistently disappointed.

If you're willing to go off-Strip, M is also excellent.
