Every year I come to Vegas to celebrate my birthday which is on St. Patty's Day. The last couple of years I've noticed that they are calling it a holiday and are not taking coupons for the hole weekend. Would anyone know if they are doing it this year? I want to use my book coupons but no one would take them last year. Not just on the 17th but the 3 day prior. I don't think that's right. I come all the way here and I can't use my coupons. If it was a government holiday I could understand. Please, could someone tell me if I am going to be disappointed again. Thank you.
