Nice showing. They do a good job with that property. If it was located mid strip they could probably charge 3 times what they ask for their rooms. It was my first hotel visiting Vegas and remains one of my favorites.
Yes, i think it's an underated hotel. The STRAT comps very well. Hopefully the new casino in Downtown (Circa) will make The STRAT a more accible casino.
