Coming out to Vegas Super Bowl week, wheres the best place to watch and party for the super bowl. Do have to make a reservastion or pay in advance etc. Any info would help. Been thinking of going to South Point, we like the sport book there. Thanks
Start checking the LVRJ in the entertainment section. Look for Big Game parties. Last year as the game got closer, more venues started to be announced. SouthPoint could very well be hosting something special, check their website.
Harrahs properties have one big party at Caesars that is by invite only.
But they also mentioned to me (harrahs) that typically their is a party on the east side of the miracle mile shops (planet hollywood) in the V Theatre area.
Since we are arriving on Gameday at noon. We will check into Paris and head over to PH to place our bets and maybe just check out this other party.
I'd also be interested in a restaurant or local bar that would be a good place to watch the game. We don't need an all inclusive party since we don't really drink and can't justify $50-75 pp. We also don't need to be able to bet on the game. Any suggestions? We've been to PT's before to watch college games, so they're probably an option. I've read that all the casinos are mobbed ... not sure if that's really true, but if it is maybe we are better off with a local's place. We 'might' be able to get free tickets to the Wynn viewing party, but if we do I was told the food/drinks were for purchase (not free) and who knows what they would charge for a hotdog!! Thanks!
We were in Vegas the last two times that the Packers went to the Super Bowl. If your a Packer fan the place to be is the Draft House on Rancho. If you just want the best sports book to watch the game I'd be at the Hilton. I've never been to Lagasse's Stadium but it sounds very interesting.

"Super Bowl" is a trademark of the NFL. They get ornery when unauthorized (read: non-payers and undesirables like saloons and casinos) people use it. They've got lots of money and plenty of lawyers.
It's actually been this way for awhile, at least 10 years by my count.
