Tax Return

My wife and I usually go to Vegas the last week of September. This year we're going April 3-7. My question is what places give you money or free play back for cashing your tax return with them? What amount do you get? We are from New Hampshire. Do you have to be a Nevada resident to do this? Is there a max amount you can cash?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
