as i was typing my vacation request, which included columbus day - my manager came over and told us we are off columbus day. so i still have three more days to use.
i have $400 free flight credit from delta that i was going to use for my flight.
i have to pay for new years eve because i will never get comped for it.
expedia has airfare + two nights (30th and 31st) at the rumor boutique hotel for $471. this hotel looks so awesome and its a perfect location (for me) for these days - away from the strip and on the 108 bus line for getting to the airport. its also coming up for $500 for that hotel alone so either this is a glitch or a really amazing deal.
but then i have to lay out $471 instead of using my flight credit. by the time i figure out what i want to do, this hotel will no longer be that cheap.
