Vegas golf and getaway article

Hey, gang, long time. Apparently I still have access. Who knew?

For those interested, here's a piece I wrote on a Vegas golf getaway with friends. It just came out in the current issue of FORE Magazine. It's a digital archive so you'll need to flip to page 30 but of course you can peruse the whole pub.

I don't play golf but I like reading your articles. Me? I'd rather watch the World Series and eat at In N Out Burger in Las Vegas.
The article was so...YOU, Ken.

Seriously, well done, very enjoyable read.
Sounds like everyone had a good time thanks to you.
Great article....... I never knew about some of those golfing gems like Cascata. (.... although, it is pretty pricey!)

Thanks gang. (And nice to "see" you again, Candy.)

I struggle reading a lot of golf course/travel writing. Seems that a lot of writers look at it with all the passion and color of technical writing. I'll tell you what, every single golf course in the world has x holes, y par and z yardage, so it doesn't much really matter, and when I try to read these tedious recitations of numbers I go freakin' blank. Hopefully I can bring in some humor and context so non-players don't feel the immediate need to close the cover.
