Southwest Airlines and from what I hear airlines in general.
Mask protocols are not being enforced. It doesn't worry me, but for those who expect all to have masks on at all times, this is not happening. In the terminals that I experienced (Houston, Atlanta, and Indianapolis), about 50% of people wore masks. On the plane, about 95% wore masks as they boarded, while 75% wore them during the flight. We had a two hour delay after boarding due to weather on one leg, and after a while only about 15% wore masks.

United just mandated masks on their flights. How they would enforce it once the flight is airborne is a challenge.
Regarding the plastic partitions at the tables, are couples and families allowed to sit next to each other?
