Vegas Seven is a weekly freebie magazine that is step up in quality from Las Vegas City Life and Las Vegas Weekly magazines. I don't know how the selections were made, but they most likely are the staffs.

No, but I assume the same places you would pick up the LV Weekly or City Life. I pick up those 3 and few others at the library.
