So as i was walking towards the venetian and Palazzo, I first noticed that the condo project above walgreens was somewhat complete with exterior walls. Then as i get closer it was a see thru screen that had what the exterior will look like on it. At a distant the huge tarp that is drapped down along the exterior makes it look like the project is now enclosed. I just thought that was pretty unique to hide a unfinished project.
