I don't think that this is necessarily a bad thing (depending on what the subject is -- as long as it is not offensive) but I do think that unless it is directly Las Vegas related, this kind of stuff should be segregated to the LVA Kitchen Sink Message Board.

As for your most recent posting, the Mag Lev Train has been discussed in the past of being used as transportation between Las Vegas and Southern California (from where about 1/3 or so of all LV area visitors tend to come from).

And so that specific thread does happen to be Las Vegas related.

No, I want to make sure that you understand that what I'm saying about this is that there is a message board within the paid side message boards that is geared to where people can discuss basically all kinds of things that are not Las Vegas related. That specifically is in the Kitchen Sink Message Board. And so at least I think (as long as what is being posted is not offensive) that you should go right ahead and post this kind of stuff on the Kitchen Sink Message board [it's the board that says "Kitchen Sink (Misc)"] where all kinds of other subjects can be bandied about and discussed (at least as long as HP doesn't find the topic offensive).
