" Hi this is _____ _____. Your loyalty to the Venetian/ Palazzo Resort Casino in sunny Las Vegas has qualified you to receive the benefits of the personal attention of a Casino Relationship Manager"
what?!
This message was then confirmed with an email waiting for me in my in box.
But we don't send that kind of money. How?! What ?!
So, I hop on the phone and call.
We already had plans for a Las Vegas New Year trip. Dec. 29 to Jan 3.
Dec. 30, 31 and Jan 1 comped @ the monte carlo (FREE FREE FEE over new year)
and had booked a comp room @ Paris for Dec. 29. An aside, Paris was free for that Sat. Bally's was $79. Didin't under stand that offer but I booked Paris.
Jan. 2 Both Paris & Caesars were free. Everyone of their other hotels had prices offered. Booked Paris again.
Back to the phone call:
I am givin a direct number to call. And my new Casino Relationship Manager answers.
I get Jan 2 comped that the Venetian know problem.
I tell him/her I would like to give my gambling dollars to them over Caesars and can he/she do anything about Sat. Dec. 29. " What time are you arriving ?" around 4pm. "I am going to comp you a room for Sat. but I'm sticking my neck out some." Ok we take it. I cancell my rooms for Paris.
Received email comfirming both comped rooms about 5 mins. later.
We are not "big rollers"but we send about $300 dollars a gambling block. Maybe a 2 to 4 hours a block. But all on slots. I have that low purple card of the Gazie club. So, I did I get a CRM. And if I can get one, everyone should.
