I tried to use it today at 24/7. It is definitely NOT GOOD on the daily specials. I asked fora manager so he could show me that restriction on the coupon. A suit that looked younger than my grandson said that since the specials are already discounted they fall into "with any other offer" I told him that that nterpretation had never occured to me and asked him why it doesn't state clearly on the back of the coupon "Not good on specials". He agreed that it should and tried to blame LVA for the wording. I quickly set him straight that the casino management writes the terms of the coupon. I didn't win but I got to sound off
I also told him I'm fed up with the Palms. Ths is the 3rd time they've jerked me around. On their senior day they have $4 movie tickets. My husband and I played the machines until we had the required points and printed our $4 tickets from the kiosk then at the theater we were told the $4 tickets didn't apply to the movie we wanted to see (no such restrictions were printed anywhere). Manager said it was because it was a SONY movie and it wasn't their fault. I told him that the movie was being shown in their casino, the tickets were printing on their kiosk, it was their patrons that were being defrauded and it most certainly was their fault. We walked out and saw the same movie for $4 at the Orleans. An then there was the "designer handbag" giveaway. They gve me a cheap grocery store bag.
Three strikes you're out. We're done with the Palms. We live a few blocks away and could give them a lot of our business but their are too many casinos who give great treatment to locals and seniors to be bothered with them
