We just got our first "offer" from the new Aliante. It's encouraging us to get our new Aliante Player's Club card. If we show our current Stations card, our status level will be matched on the new Aliante card. Then it states that our personalized slot offer for a value of $250 awaits us at the new Aliante. Then there is the "but", i.e., you must sign up for the new card between November 2-4 to redeem the special offer. We happen to be going to Red Rock October 28-31. Since we're from Oklahoma, returning to Vegas two days later is not in our plans. It would seem that this offer with the short sign up period is geared almost exclusively for locals. Why even send it out on such short notice to out-of-towners? Can you bend their ears to cater their out-of-town offers to be something we've got a reasonable chance to make use of? Thanks.

Wes, I think it would be more effective if you raised the issue yourself to the management, rather than trying to pass the message through a slot club rep, second hand. You are the customer! If many of those impacted would take the time to write or call, I think there would be a better chance of something being done about the issue. At the very least, this will make management have to take the time to respond to you, giving your complaint some thought.
