ANY Cosmo Offers after playing there & getting on radar?

I don't know about Cosmo, but my sister got a great offer from Wynn/Encore last year because of her American Express Account. She had never been to either casino before, didn't have a players account, and doesn't gamble more than $100 the rare times she sets foot into a casino.

Has anyone registered for online offers and received anything?

Last month I walked into Cosmo, liked what I saw, and decided to get on the radar.
Credit line and eight hours of play at my higher limits.

There is nothing in the mail or email.
The players club web site does not show offers.

I asked to speak with a host. That did make the difference. Was treated nicely.
Seems like you have to ask or you won't get.
