Anyone stayed at Rumours?

It's a boutiique hotel that opened last year, across from The Hard Rock.
I stopped in for a few drinks before a show at The Joint and it seemed like it had a nice air about it. Have not seen many reviews of it. It's a non- gambling hotel.

i didnt but when i was first pricing my december trip, i could have gotten a flight + this hotel for two nights, one was new years eve, for the same cost as a flight alone. i think it was a mistake on expedia. i should have booked it, but i had to take a couple of days to think about whether or not i wanted to be at a non-gaming hotel on new years and by the time i decided "yes!", it was now regular price.

I've heard they run great deals thru Expedia and such, and that they are canine friendly.

I believe that's new property for the Siegal group that redid the Gold Spike downtown. Rooms were supposed to be pretty nice.

I was considering it. Tripadvisor has reviews - some good, some not. Photos look interesting but I just dont like that neighborhood. From the description the prices seem a bit high for what you get. Looks like a slightly nicer version of El Cortez Cabana suites at about triple the price...and in a less interesting neighborhood.
