At Gold Coast do you get the racebook races in the room?

I may switch a reservation from Orleans to Gold Coast just because I've never stayed at Gold Coast. A determining factor could be whether you get the races on the room tv at G C like at Orleans. Thanks.
I just got back from the Gold Coast, and to be honest, I don't recall seeing any pony races being shown in the actual hotel room. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure I went through the entire dial, and didn't see any races.
Hey Jack..... I was thinking about your question and I sort of remembered that when I was actually going through the television channels it was either very early in the morning or very late at night and it would make sense that there were no races. So I guess, I can't really say yes or no to the pony race broadcasts on Gold Coast's tv.

Thanks rkorbyl. I'll give it another week or so to see if anyone else chimes in. If I don't get the answer here I will give G C a call. I just have a feeling that the people at the front desk won't know the answer, so I thought it might be easier to get the answer here.

YES...they do show the races in your room.

Also...be sure to sign up at the race book for their club card as it is different from the B-Connected card.

When I didn't feel ready to face the world after a long night, I run down to the book, grab a couple hot dogs for a buck each from the cart and then it's back to the room to watch the races.

BTW...if you bet the horses online and have a good book let me know as alot of the online books limit their payouts so you don't get true track odds.

Good luck and have a good time.
also....be sure to ask for a rennovated room as those have a nice flat screen TV...the others have a small, very old set

Unless you are ineligible due to your state of residence try twinspires com or xpressbet.com. Both should have sign-up bonuses as long as you don't, or haven't had an account with an affiliated site.
Heck, if you decide to give them a try and you want to, send me a personal message, I might be able to get a referral bonus out of it.
i'll be sure to do that if i sign up although it probably will be sometime in late april or so

good luck in Vegas
