Is the "social" program separate from the "online" program ?

In other words, will I lose my slot and table points on 8/1?

Yes...they are two different things

It may be the points can only be used for comps not cash back. But you will still have your points.

I want to register my displeasure with the recent conduct of Boyd Gaming. I want you to take the time to read, pay attention to what I have written and take it seriously. I am soon to be one of the many who count themselves as FORMER BOYD GAIMING PATRONS!

I spent a good part of my working lifetime introducing new technology which in many ways as the same as the BConnected conversion. I learned several things. First, people do not like change. Second, if you introduce change you must inform or train both the user and the support staff (Boyd did neither!). Third, no matter how hard you try, some people will be unable to adapt to the change and will fall by the wayside. This debacle reminds me of the kind of brainstorm generated by a freshly minted MBA with NO customer-facing experience. Someone should have been fired or had some significant unpaid time off while getting customer service training!
