The Berkley - by Silverton

Has anyone stayed at the Berkley?  its the time share condo place thats tucked into the Silverton Hotel complex.         I scored a free week there through work.   Rooms look nice in the pictures but I dont know if anyone has first hand experience.    I have a rental car so the location isnt an issue.

I'd roll with it.  Especially if you have a car.  Nothing wrong with the area and easy access to good gaming.

If anything, it'll keep you out of F1 construction!

Very true, Aaron, and a short drive over the 15 to the South Point.

That is what I was thinking.  SP, EI and Rainbow.

My wife and I stayed at the Berkley in September of 2019

Here is the review I did following our stay:

We stayed for a week. The Berkley is a relatively new, high quality, hi-rise condo complex. We got assigned a three room and 1½ bathroom condo. It is conveniently just off of three north/south routes near the LV strip: I-15, South LV Blvd, as well as Dean Martin Rd. just a few miles south of the strip at Blue Diamond Highway.

The facility abuts the very nice Silverton Casino Resort, so one can walk there easily from your unit. For some reason we were lucky enough to be put in a top floor (18th floor) unit.  Some of the views from up there were spectacular and they had abundant and fast elevators so getting up and down 18 stories was surprisingly fast and efficient.

Surface parking was also conveniently located, abundant, and free.

The condo unit included a granite-covered countertop kitchen with a full-size kitchen table and was fully applianced and fully accessorized. In addition, the unit featured two large flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom and there was a private washer & dryer within the unit with detergent and an iron and ironing board provided.

On our first day after getting settled in the condo, we took a quick trip to a nearby Smith’s Supermarket on South LV Blvd. to get breakfast and other items such as coffee, milk, bagels, cream cheese, soft drinks, snacks, etc.

After the long trip that day flying from the east coast, and the time change, and a large lunch at Blueberry Hill on Flamingo before checking in, we were very happy to just stay in our unit the first night of our trip here.  We would stay here again if a unit were available here again.
