Best Route from Rental Car Facility to AC-Decatur

Google maps says to take I-15 to US 95 and exit Decatur from US 95. Is that the best way or is it better to take the Charleston exit off I-15 and go all the way down Charleston to Decatur? Or take Sahara exit off I-15 and go down Sahara to Decatur?

If the traffic on I-15's bad, I'd get off at Tropicana, Flamingo, Spring Mountain, or Sahara, and take that to Decatur, I find the surface streets generally move even when I-15 doesn't. If I-15's fast, I'd take US 95 to Decatur.

I'd take 95 to Decatur, then turn south (left). It takes you a few blocks north of AC, but it should be the quickest way. However, if traffic is heavy on the interstates (such as on Friday or Sunday afternoons), I'd take Decatur all the way. It's my route of choice when I want to avoid the highways.

Thanks for both of your input. It will be on a Thursday afternoon around rush hour time. Will see how well I-15 is moving.

I would take I-15 to Sahara and then right onto Decatur. This is the way we always go.
