Best use of LVA Palms 50% coupon

We always use it at Garduno's for the Margarita Brunch on Sundays. I guess it's not the best value/use of the coupon since it's just the two of us, but I love the Patron margaritas!! My honey orders a couple of beers up front. (He hates tequila.) Oh, and the food is really good too, not just the margaritas.

That's crappy about the waiter not telling thegreek about the coupon not working on that day. You know he knew. I'm sure that little error cut into his tip!

It did effect his tip. I usually will figure 20% of the total bill of any BOGOF. As I stated it was my fault but it was his oversight that cost him a little on his tip. i tipped him a $5.00 bill with the penny on top. I'm sure he got the point. What made it worst was his little laugh after he said "well you can use it next time." I usually screw up at least one coupon per year by not reading but hell that me and always being in a hurry. We leave 11/1 for 1 week. I'm sure I will not even consider using the Palms coupon for food maybe a few drinks. Then again the Palms is really not high on our list this time. It makes it feel a little better when you tell others about your own screw up.

Maybe swing by the coffee shop if you are in the area (Sun-Thurs) and buy a bag of pastries for the road.

I always use the coupon on the 24/7 Cafe. I use to get the Spinach and artichoke dip but I don't see it on the menu anymore. The service is very poor in the cafe but when I am dining alone I want a place to get in fast and out fast. I think it's a better deal to save your money and eat at the Terrible's Cafe. Huge bang for your buck and great food.
