boyd properties -- back to back stays

staying at the Orleans, I made reservations online, 2 different comp promos. the online system allowed it, but then later I notice on my mailer, in the fine print that back to back comp offers are not allowed. has anyone had an experience with this? will I be booted, or just slapped on the hand? it's kind of late now to book something else, prices have gone up. it seems strange to me if I am in town for 6 nights that they would want me to leave and go stay/gamble at a competitor. We booked a 2 night stay at the Orleans on a mailer. Then I had a 3 night offer for a special at the Gold Coast, which I booked, then we booked a 2 night stay under my husband's offer. They allowed me to book them at the same time. So boyd is giving me a total of 7 nights, all comped!!! That works for me

I was told there was no issue with doing this. And because they are allowing me to do this, I will not be staying at Palace Station this trip, which is usually my home base. We haven't been since last April, and Station casino's offers dry up quickly after 6 months, so their loss.
Give them a call and see what they can do. Use the number on the mailer. Gold Coast is very friendly in these matters.
Up to a year ago there would have been no problem as we did it all the time. When I saw last year that you couldn't do back to back offers, I e-mailed a host. She said she could get it passed, but when she saw I had a comp offer she said it would be easier if we used my wifes offer, then mine, then my wifes other offer-no problem. BTW there is no problem booking back to back offers with other Boyd properties. As if Orleans for 3 comp nites followed by 2 free nites at Suncoast.

I do this all the time and have never had a problem. Just get your reservation number and write it down.
The only time I have ever been told I couldn't do back to back by a Boyd casino was Main Street Station. I wanted to book my June and July offers with no gap. I was told there had to be three days between stays. My host also said that if the offer was room only, she would be able to waive the rule but since our offer included food, she had to enforce it. No problem for us, we were in town for two weeks and didn't really mind the temporary change.
