Going to Las Vegas next week and wonder if I should play at Cannery Eastside instead of Sam’s Town due to the demolition of rewards for Boyd’s Ruby players. Has anyone played recently and can they confirm whether the previous points/tiers are still in effect. Thanks for the help.
as far as I remember, after they merged the clubs, it doesn't make a difference where you play. You can use there if you get a multiplier or play at sam's town. Wherever there is a multiplier conditions would be good. Without a multiplier , forget it. or better....forget playing videopoker without multiplier....
Agreed, Boris. I see that I can get 2 points for each dollar in for video poker, but there’s no place on the website that describes the benefits of the 4 tiers. Besides, the second tier apparently requires about $10K of play. Finally, there’s no buffet, so maybe it’s not that great a deal. Senior day on Tuesdays may be better. Will have to check it out at the player’s card desk.
I might be wrong but I didn't think either Cannery was added to the program. Aliante was but I think that was it. They've gutted the place of machines and food options and as a few days ago Eastside's website wasn't taking any reservations after Jan1.
Uh oh! Guess having two properties so close together made little sense. I can actually remember when the Nevada Palace stood on this site. Wonder if someone will buy it from Boyd. Now I am just planning a nostalgia visit. Thanks for info
