Coin-in at MSS

I noticed a change in the win/loss statement that I received from MSS for last year. I always compare our latest one with previous years to see how much money we played and this years statement only showed the calculated loss, it did not show how much coin-in we had for last year. I asked our contact at MSS for this number twice now and have not gotten a reply. Has anyone else noticed that they no longer give out the coin-in figures?

GE: sorry, can't answer you because this is the first year I've printed out win/loss statements. But your posting raised a question in my mind - is the loss on the statement calculated (based on theo) loss rather than the actual loss? I don't really know how these things work but I just assumed it was actual loss.

It's actual loss, calculated by taking total coin-in plus-or-minus total coin-out, plus hand-paid jackpots.
