I'm not sure if it ever worked!
There is a recently added new feature however (not sure how recent or if I just noticed it) that lets you check you Identity Points. It is on the upper right hand sign of the Cosmopolitan site https://www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/ and says Check Your Identity Points - unfortunately it only appears to show your uncashed points and not your YTD points earned toward status. I sent them an e-mail mentioning that every other site lists your progress toward new tier but no changes have been made.
