Dec. Stations flier

Has anyone received their Dec. Stations flyer yet? Going to RR the 6th and Aliente the 8th, the Nov coupons have expired ( the 31st ). Is there anyway I can get the free buffets without the flier?

You need to have the actual coupons with you. The only way around it is to ask a host to comp you, if you're a big enough player.

The latest flyers to out-of-town guests have gone out, and you should have yours any time now. Something new has been instituted. If you get free play with your hotel room, you'll need to swipe your card in the kiosk to accept the free play offer (in addition to the usual point offers that have always been in the kiosk). Just choose "today's offers" from the menu. This has been done because there were too many computer glitches where free play that was supposed to be uploaded into people's account when they checked into the hotel often wasn't uploaded.

Thanks Sue, if all Station employee's were as helpfull as you there would be alot less complaints on this website. My wife and I will be staying at Aliante next Thur and Fri, will you be working and where, we would like to stop by and say hi to a true Cub fan.

Thanks again

just a side note.... I got a
snail mail offer from
Silverton all 3 months:
Jan Feb March free w/ FP

John, I'll be working in the rewards center Thursday from 2-6 p.m., and Friday from 6-11 p.m. Weird hours, lol. Stop by and say hi if you can.
I have a strange question related to this. I looked online and had my stations offers before I got the snail mail flyer. One of the offers was for three free nights but only Sunday through Thursday. I needed a Wednesday through Friday in February. I put in the dates and then all three nights came up as comped for Aliante. Do I just keep my mouth shut and print out the reservation confirmation (I did that already) or will I get dinged when i get to the property? Just seemed strange that the offer was specific and then it came up that way when I made the reservation online.

I read on another forum that do to the change in the point system for Station casino's our current points would be increased by about 40%. Do you know anything about this?

John & Cathy
Yes, based on the number of points people had on September 14, 2011 (the day before the new system went into effect), people were granted a bulk number of points on September 15th, to compensate them for the change in the redemption rate. These granted points are available for comps only -- not free play or cashback. I believe the number of points given were based on the number of points people had that were earned -- by gambling only -- after September 2008 (the date when "points for slot play" began). The percentage may have been something like .667, which would change 600 points into 1,000.

Letters were sent to people showing the exact numbers -- points as of 9/14 and points as of 9/15.

Snowgolfer, just bring your confirmation with you. I'm sure you won't have a problem with all 3 nights being comped.
Who do we talk to if we don't receive our mailers?
The rewards center reps can tell you if one was sent. If it was sent and you didn't receive it, that's between you and the post office. If it wasn't sent, that probably means your previous play didn't warrant a mailer.
